The current bid reflects the cost for one person's Estate Planning. To include a second individual, like a spouse, the final charge will be two times the winning bid. Please notify the Vanderburgh County Purdue Extension office staff when you drop off payment if you are paying for two.

You are bidding on a comprehensive Estate Planning Package provided by Estate Planning Attorney Zach Peters of The Law Offices of Steven K. Deig. Included in the package is an in-person consultation with Zach at his office on 5615 E. Virginia St. Evansville, IN 47715. During the consultation, Zach will develop a proposed estate plan specific for your situation. Documents which may be recommended are limited to a Last Will and Testament, Durable Power of Attorney, Advanced Directive and Living Will and Transfer on Death Deed. The document drafting and one follow up appointment to complete the signing of the documents is also included.

Example: The winning bid is $1000 for this item. That is the price for one (1) person. If you require the services for a couple, the price is 2 times the bid amount ($2000 for this example).
